Basic Information

• Applicable Media: Mainly applicable to steam and compressed air media.

• Connection Methods and Sizes: There are two connection methods, namely threaded connection (BSP) and flange connection.

Working Principle

• Startup and Initial Pressure Reduction: When the inlet pressure is higher than the set pressure value of the pilot valve, the pilot valve opens. Part of the fluid enters the upper chamber of the main valve, pushing the main valve core downward, increasing the opening of the main valve port, and achieving initial pressure reduction.

• Pressure Stability Adjustment: As the fluid flows towards the outlet, the outlet pressure rises. When the set pressure of the pilot valve is reached, the pilot valve closes slightly, reducing the pressure in the upper chamber of the main valve. The main valve core moves upward, reducing the opening of the main valve port, restricting the fluid flow, and maintaining the stability of the outlet pressure.

• Dynamic Balance Maintenance: When the outlet pressure fluctuates due to downstream factors, the pilot valve will open or close accordingly. The pressure in the upper chamber of the main valve and the opening of the main valve port will change accordingly, causing the outlet pressure to rise or fall, always maintaining it within the set range.

Structural Features

• Diaphragm Design: A diaphragm made of new material is adopted, with a large working area. It can promptly and accurately feedback the subtle changes in upstream pressure or downstream load to the main valve diaphragm, thereby adjusting the opening of the main valve to ensure the stability of the downstream pressure.

• Multi - Pilot Valve Interchangeability: Multiple pilot valves can be installed and interchanged on the same valve body. While stabilizing the pressure, functions such as temperature control, upstream pressure control, and remote switch control can also be achieved.

• Excellent Material Quality: The valve body is made of carbon steel (WCB), and internal components such as the main valve core and seat, pilot valve, internal spring, and filter screen are made of stainless steel. This not only ensures strength but also has good corrosion resistance and wear resistance, extending the service life of the valve.

• Compact Structure: The design has a compact structure. The flow channel is optimized, reducing fluid resistance and significantly improving the pressure reduction efficiency, making the system more energy - efficient during operation.

• Inlet Pressure: The maximum inlet pressure is 25 barg.

• Outlet Pressure Range: The outlet pressure can be adjusted within the range of 0.2 to 17 barg.

• Temperature: The maximum allowable temperature is 232°C.
