Product Description
Three-piece ball valves, body casting adopts advanced technology, reasonable structure and beautiful appearance. The valve seat adopts an elastic sealing structure, which is reliable in sealing and easy to open and close. The valve stem adopts a bottom-mounted structure with an inverted seal. When the valve cavity is abnormally increased in pressure, the valve stem will not be flushed out.
Q11F three-piece ball valve is suitable for various pipes with 1.0～6.4MPa, working temperature -29～180℃ (sealing ring is reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene) or -29～300℃ (sealing ring is para-polyphenyl) on the pipe, it is used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline. Different materials are used, which can be applied to various media such as water, steam, oil, nitric acid and acetic acid.
Three-piece ball valve connection form also has butt welding (BW) socket welding (SW), and both can be equipped with international standard ISO bracket platform and locking device. A 90° switch positioning mechanism can be set, and it can be locked as required to prevent misoperation. Drive mode: manual, electric, pneumatic.
